Overview
This is an arthritis drug in a similar vain to Vioxx by pharmacutical company G. D. Searle & Co.

It is known to help with relief of osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis in adults, management of acute pain, treatment of menstrual pain and reduce the number of colon and rectum growths.

Side Effects
A recent study be Pfizer Inc. has concluded that using celebrex could lead to increased risk of heart attacks. FDA commisioner has said that "We're leaving open all regulatory decisions as we move forward. But we do not have a decision on the fate of the product," and "We do have great concern about this product (Celebrex) and the class of products" .

Lawsuits
Attorneys are already looking to find people effected by this drug to take part in a class action lawsuit. Most of the lawsuits will happen right after their is a celebrex recall.
